Registration of participants: 9.00 - 10.00.
Opening of the competition: 10.00.
Competition time: 10.30 - 17.00.

The goal of the event is to stimulate the interest of youngsters in engineering and robotics, which is one of the fastest growing industries in the world.

Participation in this event is free of charge.
Robots can be registered until 23:59, 16.04.2024. We strongly recommend that you register in time, so we can plan the competition timetable precisely.
Photographing and filming will happen at the event. Participation in the event means the participants consent to photographing and filming.
For the comfort of the participants, we recommend bringing shoes to change.
Participants will have access to classrooms, where they will be able to set up their robots for the competition. There might not be enough power sockets in the classrooms. If power wire extension is needed, one must bring their own. There will be no possibility for the organizers to supply the participants with power wire extension.
MINI sumo and IROBOT sumo participants must have gloves. In order to prevent others from injuries, a protector should be placed on the blades at the time when a robot is not on the ring.
Please pay special attention to the information about lunch facilities. A catering company will offer lunch at 3.50 EUR. The number of people who need lunch should be sent to e-mail: mezvidi.tabore@inbox.lv until 18.04.2023. This is important to forecast the approximate number of dishes. If the invoice is not needed, then it is possible to pay for lunch at the school cafeteria (only cash will be accepted!) If necessary, contact the catering company for the requisites for the invoice. Submitting the number of those who need lunch to the catering company is very important! There will also be an opportunity to buy tea/ coffee/ pizza/ pastry on the premises.
